The Munkegata Chronicles: Data Collection

Thats me at 4:16 in the morning having fun while writing my thesis.
As you can see it is getting bright outside starting at 3am already here in Trondheim, and soon it is going to be bright all over the night. On the picture you can see me having fun in the kitchen with one of the party hats remaining from my birthday dinner while talking to Mehman via Skype. Just me, and a bottle of coke. It was an interesting night and I managed to write a lot. Data collection for my thesis started. Until today I have sent messages to over 50 (!) potential team leaders, project managers, ScrumMasters and coaches I was able to identify from online communities such as Flickr or SlideShare. I have gathered some data already but it is proceeding very slowly. I need to collect consistent data from teams which makes it a bit more difficult, and writing, waiting and replying mails takes very long so I am trying to promote participation with Norwegian brown cheese and postcards
